This multi-step process involves diamond grinding and polishing the concrete
surface, which is much like sanding wood. Heavy-duty polishing machines equipped
with progressively finer grits of diamond-impregnated segments and disks are used
to gradually grind down the surface until the desired degree of shine and
smoothness is reached. Customers can actually select the level of sheen that best
suits their requirements, from matte to high gloss, and with colored dyes, acid stains,
    or natural concrete.

Polished concrete floors provide a sleek surface which is clean and shiny.  They are extremely easy to clean by scrubbing, dust mopping or damp mopping with a neutral cleaner. Maintenance is low, with no requirement for
    stripping, re-coating or re-waxing.

    Why Choose Polished Concrete?
Polished concrete floors offer many desirable benefits:

    Increased Density
The polishing process increases the density and compression strength (hardness) of concrete floors making them much more resistant to abrasions and impacts, achieved by applying a densifier-sealer during the process.

    Low Maintenance
A polished concrete floor will never require stripping, re-coating or re-waxing. In fact, because the penetration of oil, water and other substances is eliminated with the polishing process, maintenance requirements are
significantly reduced. In addition, polishing eliminates dusting and forklift tire marks.

    Easy to Clean
Occasional dust mopping or damp mopping with a neutral cleaner is all you need to keep the surface clean and shiny. We also offer special polished concrete cleaners and conditioners that clean and leave behind a dirt-
resistant film. With a basic cleaning routine, polished concrete floors will retain their luster for years.

    Improved Safety
Polished concrete by nature is a Non-slip surface and is ADA approved and recommended.

    Increased Cost Savings
With a reduction in regular required maintenance, you save both time and money, increasing your cost savings.

    Improved Aesthetics
Polishing concrete floors produces a nearly perfect reflection, creating an extremely pleasing aesthetic. Thanks to the mechanical concrete polishing process, customers can choose the finish they like—high gloss, semi-
gloss or matte.  Polishing concrete floors also increased the brightness of the area as ambient lighting is increased by up to 30%.

    No Dusting
Regular concrete floors produce dust. A polished concrete floor on the other hand eliminates such dusting.
